PROBLEM:
The owner, Benj, approached us to solve a number of strategic and technical challenges that were facing the business, inhibiting their growth goals. Their client onboarding needed to become paperless and generate usable data, as they had no contacts in their mail database. Their media buying needed to yield more bookings to grow the revenue of the business. Finally, their digital assets needed growth across all social channels to improve the reach and engagement of the brand.
SOLUTION:
As Customer data is of course omnipotent, harnessing the flow of data and creating automation for their day-to-day inbound customer information would be vital. We created a bespoke solution for their inbound customers that collected vital information on the shop floor. The data was then fed to the relevant artist about their inbound appointment and also uploaded to the cloud at the click of a button. We decided to identify local tattoo enthusiasts using lead generation to fill the calendar of books whilst applying our Interest Tree® Methodology to grow the social assets of the brand through media buying.
RESULTS:
Building a watertight data capture process for True Colours resulted in huge User Growth. The email list went from just over 100 to over 2000+ in a few months. The level of detail within the data unlocked interesting insights about the artists, booking cycles and service splits. Asset Growth on the Facebook channel has been explosive, resulting in a 482% growth in followers. Revenue growth has increased substantially with the help of lead generation services resulting in 100s of appointments every month.
