Number 1 Plates were experiencing a huge number of new customers each month through their Paid Search activity. However, we realised that there was an incredible amount of potential customers adding new products to their cart and not checking out. The business was missing out on £1000's in potential revenue.

We created a robust retargeting strategy using a mixture of Social and Search remarketing advertisements to recapture the potentially lost customers. We split our retargeting channels into various channels dependant upon the intent of the customer, i.e. time elapsed from the last visit, product viewed, action taken on the website etc.
We also used detailed audience targeting which helped us create the ideal customer persona, which had similar interests, likes and dislikes to the client’s target audience. -
We found very quickly that the number of purchases was going up without the level of acquisition spend dramatically increasing. As a bi-result of this action, we saw the average order for the client increase by 25%.
