PROBLEM:
Arthur Bird is an incredibly talented music tutor, his courses are on the platform Udemy and have become the top-performing for Piano tuition. The limitation of Udemy is that although he had thousands of students, he had no digital assets and no way to communicate to his community outside of the platform on Udemy. Arthur had developed an educational music product and needed to build a platform, community and growth strategy.
SOLUTION:
The first step was establish the best platform to launch the product. As Shopify Partners, we were able to determine the best migration plan for Arthur for zero downtime. When this was complete we implemented a number of different media buying strategies to find audiences with an affinity for e-learning and were interested in learning to play the piano. Using a number of different objectives we drove conversions, user growth and engagement primarily.
RESULTS:
The data now available from Shopify allowed us to continually develop the growth strategy, getting the highest returns from the media buying. This resulted in revenue growth of 3000% and allowed us to grow the email list from 100 to 5000 which is an asset growth of 4900%. Arthur now has the ability to communicate directly with his community and create revenue at the press of a button.
