Despite their strong brand image, Bulldog Gear faced a declining trend in online sales and dwindling Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) across key channels. SOLUTION:

  1. More Creative Variation on Social Channels: We injected fresh, dynamic creatives into their social media campaigns to re-engage their audience and enhance click-through rates.

  2. Improved Ad Copy: We revamped their ad copies, infusing them with compelling, benefit-driven messages that resonate with their target customers.

  3. New Channel Exploration: We expanded their digital presence to Pinterest and TikTok, tapping into these platforms' vast and engaged user base.

  4. Optimised PMAX Campaigns: We fine-tuned their PMAX campaigns to boost visibility, click-through rates, and conversions while reducing CPA.

RESULTS:

  • Our strategic intervention delivered impressive results for Bulldog Gear:

    1. A significant 10% increase in Year-Over-Year (YOY) revenue, illustrating the financial impact of our tailored approach.

    2. A remarkable 76% increase in average order value, signaling greater customer confidence and higher spending.

    3. A transformational growth in Facebook ROAS, skyrocketing from 2:1 to a whopping 12:1.

    4. A consistent Google ROAS of 8:1, demonstrating the efficiency and reliability of our targeted ad strategies.
